Recipe to Steaks —
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 mins
Serves: 2 pax
1. Get steaks out of the fridge and allow it to come up to room temperature about one hour before cooking.
2. Cooking your steak (recommended medium rare to medium)
3. Turning it every minute or so to ensure that steak will be even cooked.
4. Leave it to rest.
5. Rub with a little extra virgin oil or butter for an incredible, juicy steak.
