Our long term olive oil partner Eduard lets the basil flavours suffuse through the oil for a month. Then, as the bottle is filled, extra basil is added by hand.
Usages: Drizzle over tomatoes or any tomato based dish. Also adds fragrance & depth to a vinaigrette. Drizzle over pizza. Use to roast potatoes
