Our wine making process is aimed at the preservation of the natural fruitiness of the grapes: a direct wine pressing and racking at less than 10°C. We inhibited the malolactic fermentation in order to keep a correct acidity. This wine is a continuous invitation to insouciance. Its airy yellow color, its vivid fragrances which switch from white peach to grapefruit, iris and jasmine, and its lightness on the palate contribute to a complete happiness of drinking. It’s a perfect wine for the aperitif, but it will be fine with fish from the river or, why not, with a tart with fresh goat cheese.
