Small Caperberries 200gm

Caperberries are the fruit of the Capparis Spinosa shrub (capers are the flower buds). 

Part of the traditional Turkish mezze, caperberries makes an interesting substitute for olives in salads.

Usage

Try chopping them with tomatoes and serve over grilled mackerel with sautéed potatoes.
