In our organically cultivated vineyards, we have 40-year-old Monastrell and 20-year-old Syrah grapevines. The best grapes are carefully selected and vinified separately. When the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for six months. Velvety and seductive, the wine has good fruit intensity with clean notes of well-integrated wood and acidity that gives it freshness. Clean, intense and tasty.
