1. We aim to deliver your orders to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and within the stipulated delivery time indicated by us (between 0900 hrs to 1900 hrs).
2. We shall notify you if it is anticipated that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
3. Upon delivery of the Order, you may be required to sign for receipt of delivery. You may contact our Customer Service Team at +65 6464 9909 or drop us an email here in case of any faults, defects or damage. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Order, upon request.
4. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you via the contact details that you have provided to us when you make your Order and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address or cancellation of the Order.
5. We deliver in our standard packaging.
6. If you are not available to receive the delivery on the supposed delivery date, please provide us with a three days-notice prior to the supposed delivery date. Collection from our office at an arranged date and time or re-scheduling of delivery will then be options offered without incurring additional charges.
7. Should there be no one to receive the delivery, re-delivery fee will be chargeable at $25.00. You may also opt for self-collection at our office during office hours with notice given to our Customer Service Team.
8. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within three days of our first attempt to deliver the Order to you) accept delivery or collect the Order from our office, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee or costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the Order available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Purchase, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us through the Purchase, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Order and any storage fees as provided for in clause 8(a) above).
9. You acknowledge that the products we carry are standardised and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
