Country of Origin: New Zealand

Selected Pinot Noir clones were individually hand-harvested. Specific parcels of wine were fermented naturally while others were inoculated with selected yeasts strains. The wine was pressed to a selection of French barriques.

Seductive perfume and deep bouquet of red and dark cherries, plums and complex clone notes. Elegant, refined and concentrated palate, possessing richness and generosity. Harmonious and balanced, complemented by fine silky tannis.
