Formation of the Contract

The User must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract with us in order to use our Site. To use the Services we provide via our Site, the User is required to follow the steps on the Site. The User’s request to engage us to provide the Products or Services is subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to discontinue at any time the provision of our products and services. Such discontinuance shall be without any liability to us save for refunds of the payment made by the User in relation to the items or services ordered but not delivered to the User in accordance with our refunds policy set out below.

The User agrees to bear any additional fees based on his or her additional requests after we have commenced any of the Services including but not limited to the User’s cancellation of order or customised requests after our acceptance of order.

User Agreement

We reserve the right to amend the terms in this User Agreement at any time. All amendments will be posted online. Continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms in this User Agreement as updated or amended from time to time.

The User is responsible for reviewing the latest terms each time he or she uses our Services.

Member Account

Should the User decide to register with us by creating an account ("Account") on the Site, the User thereby agrees to provide honest, complete and updated information about him or herself, including but not limited to his or her registration, payment and parcel collection details.

Should we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information and/ or data the User has provided is misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend and/ or terminate his or her use of our Services and/or Site.

The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information and activities of the User’s account. The sharing of the User’s Account with other persons may cause irreparable harm to us and we shall be indemnified against any loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits suffered as a result of the mishandling/ misuse of an Account.

The User shall not create multiple User accounts with the intent to, including but not limited to, abusing our staff or misusing our Services and/or Site. The Cellar Door Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from the User’s failure to comply with this paragraph.

Privacy Policy

The Cellar Door respects the privacy of individuals and recognises the importance of the personal data the User has entrusted to us and believe that it is our responsibility to properly manage, protect, process and disclose the User’s personal data. We will collect, use and disclose the User’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

The Cellar Door will use the information the User provides on this platform to be in touch with the User and to provide the User with EDMs, special discounts & great deals.

The User can change his or her mind any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any e-mail received from us, or by e-mailing us to request for the same.

By using this commerce platform, the User hereby authorises, agrees and consents to allow The Cellar Door to collect, use, disclose and/or process personal data about the User. This includes any information the User has previously provided The Cellar Door (if any), that the User now provides The Cellar Door, that the User may in future provide The Cellar Door with and/or that The Cellar Door possesses about the User including but not limited to the User’s name, date of birth, residential or office address, email address and telephone numbers for The Cellar Door’s marketing purposes.
