The wine is produced organically and has had 12 months of education in new French oak. It has developed rapidly with ripe fruit now mature and tannins softening. In the nose wonderfully accessible fresh raspberries with hints of graphite and stone (mineral). Medium to full-bodied with ripe fruit tones and a fine hint of spice.
