This Wine was made from tradicional portuguese grapes. The vineyards are planted on the right side of the Douro river at Bulas estates. The grapes were total destemmed and pressed very quickly and fermented without any maceration at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Bulas is a wine with a Citrine colour and crystal clear.

Intense passion fruit aroma, apricots with some notes of minerality and good complexity and mineral fresh flavour. Good volume.Great for an aperitif or with seafood and fish dishes, goes well with sushi. Should be drink well chilled, about 8°C.
