Medium-bodied with sweet red fruits and secondary notes tobacco, wet forest and olives. This vintage is a fantastic example of a classic Left Bank Cabernet Sauvignon. 

A sauve Haut-Medoc with bramble fruit and classic, cool Bordeaux tannins. Serving temperature: 15.5 degrees celsius. Food pairing: veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, braised, grilled dishes, Asian dishes, hearty fishe like tuna, pasta and cheese.
