Pale straw colour with green highlights. Lemon, lime aromas with passionfruit and floral notes. Light bodied with zesty citrus of lemon, lime with fresh cut pineapple and passionfruit flavours. The medium acid provides a refreshing palate and an elegant finish. Ideal to pair with crispy duck salad with noodles and green papaya slaw, or Thai prawn and ginger noodles.
