Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of green apple and subtle toasted nuts. Light in body, it has flavours of fresh citrus with medium acid, giving balance and length.

Pairs perfectly with barbequed snapper flavoured with lemon, baby leeks and aromatic herbs, or salmon fillets topped with bok choy and sesame oil.
